Originally from Clarendon Hills, Illinois (a suburb of Chicago), Dr. Heidi Kunstman has spent the first part of her medical career as a board certified pediatrician. The internal mission that she has always allowed to guide her is to help patients obtain the absolute best possible care, which is representative of the attention she gives each patient under her care.
Dr. Kunstman is a 2000 graduate of the prestigious St. George’s University School of Medicine, located on the island of Grenada. With a passion for science, Dr. K’s undergraduate studies included interdisciplinary sciences and chemistry.
“Patients can expect a caring and compassionate physician that will listen to their needs, treat them with respect, and will help them along their journey to attain a better quality of life,” says Dr. Kunstman when asked what her patients can expect.
An avid sports fan (Chicago Bears all the way), Dr. Heidi lives in the Fort Myers area with her husband and three cats. When she’s not seeing patients, you can find her exploring the outdoors – fishing, boating, hiking, traveling, and even bird watching.
